Community Enrichment & Enhancement Partnership Award

The Community Enrichment and Enhancement Partnership Award (CEEP) is administered by Towson University's Student Success Programs. CEEP (pronounced KEEP) is designed to increase access to varied resources, and provide educational opportunities to learn about the individualities and experiences of peers, as we foster a  community of belonging for our incoming undergraduate students attending Towson University.

Award Amount

The standard CEEP Award amount is $2,500.00 per year ($1,250.00 per semester) based on unmet need. 

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and demonstrate unmet financial need.

  1. Applicants must be U.S. Citizens, U.S. Permanent Residents or Other Eligible Noncitizens as defined by federal financial aid eligibility
  2. Applicants must enroll full-time (minimum of 12 credits).
  3. Transfer applicants must need a minimum of thirty credits prior to graduate.
  4. Criteria taken into consideration include but is not limited to:
    first generation college student,
  5. having overcome personal, social and/or physical obstacles pursuing an education,
  6. from a living environment or academic setting that may have hindered educational pursuits.

  2. For priority consideration, submit the FAFSA by March 1.
  3. Based on Admissions Application and CEEP Application data, and financial need data.
  4. Scholarship submission deadline is May 1.

CEEP Award and Renewals

To accept or renew a CEEP Award,  recipients must complete semester requirements explained in the contract and attend a CEEP Award Contract Renewal Session at the beginning and near the close of each semester.  For priority consideration, CEEP recipients must also submit a FASFA every year by March 1st.
