Top Tiger Award

The Top Tiger Award is designed to recognize staff excellence. Faculty, staff and students are encouraged to nominate staff members for this award.

Has a staff member fostered a culture of support for others, promoted teamwork or campus collaboration, or supported diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives? Did someone make your own work easier to handle? If you have received exceptional service from a staff member*, please nominate them. Current senators are not eligible to receive this award. Eligible recipients include all full and part-time staff employees.

*Staff is a term used for a group of people who are employed by the institution for other jobs except teaching.

Drawing from specific examples about the staff members’ service provides the committee with a strong understanding of the impact they made and why they are deserving of the award.
