Albert S. Cook Library offers resources that support learning and scholarship. Individualized research help is available via text and instant messaging, email and telephone. A 24/7 Study Space
is located on the main floor. The Data Studio contains four individual workstations
and one group station to support mapping, data analysis and data visualization projects.
The library’s collection includes more than 390,000 books and 950,000 electronic books.
Students also have access to over 380 electronic databases and approximately 100,000
electronic and print journals. Special Collections & University Archives gives students
an opportunity to experience history through digital collections, rare books, and
historical TU documents and photographs.
TU offers the most comprehensive collegiate sports program in the metropolitan Baltimore area, fielding 19 NCAA Division I varsity teams that compete in the Coastal Athletic Association, the nation’s top mid-major conference.
TU has 500+ student-athletes. The graduation rate among athletes is 91%, the highest among all Division I USM institutions.
The school colors are black and gold, and the mascot is Doc the Tiger.
