Ruisha Prasai

Biography

Ruisha joined the Regional Economic Studies Institute in 2023 as a research associate. In this role, she performs research to support the project objectives utilizing web-based and internal resources; extracts and analyze data from various federal, state, and local sources using JMP and Excel; and summarizes, concatenates, and joins data tables to support analytical tasks of the research project. She also develops drafts of data summaries and research summaries, focusing on grammatical and stylistic details.

Education

Ruisha earned a B.A. in psychology from The College of Wooster.

Personal

Ruisha was born and raised in Nepal and came to the U.S. in 2019 to pursue an undergraduate degree. She has a dog named Popo back at home, and she enjoys dancing, reading, and cooking.
