Biography

Dr. Jeffrey began her nursing career by completing an Emergency Nursing Fellowship at a local hospital. After completing her fellowship, she decided to advance her nursing practice by continuing her studies to receive a B.S. and M.S. in nursing. After completing her M.S.N., she decided to focus her care on the elderly. She joined a different local hospital on their Acute Care for the Elderly Unit where she developed a passion for caring for the elderly. It is that passion that led her to become certified as a gerontological nurse and to focus her D.N.P. project on fall prevention.
