Designed for Working Professionals

Towson University’s flexible, non-traditional degree programs allow you to earn your bachelor’s degree while you continue working full-time. You’ll build on your current knowledge and classroom experience to learn innovative methods and gain the credentials needed for teacher licensure.

Bachelor’s Degree Pathway Options

Our bachelor’s degree pathway programs are either in partnership with Maryland school systems or open to all paraeducators. Candidates of school system programs are paraeducators and support staff employed by the system. Candidates of the open pathway programs are paraeducators or school support staff working in any education setting throughout Maryland.

  • School system pathway programs most likely offer paid tuition and fees. Candidates of the program must be employed by the school system.
