Biography

Dr. Keri-Anne Croce has authored the book, Navigating assessment with linguistically diverse learners and co-edited the book, Developing science literacy in the 21st centuryDr. Croce specializes in the areas of multilingual literacy, disciplinary literacy in mathematics and sciences, and assessment. She has co-created the linguistic diversity minor along with Dr. Judith Guerrero. Dr. Croce has received over nine different grants focusing on education and support with multilingual families. She has served as a literacy consultant for both Baltimore County and Baltimore City schools. Dr. Croce is a reviewer for four journals including Global Education Review, Journal of Early Childhood Literacy, Language and Education, and Literacy Research: Theory, Method, and Practice. In both 2016 and 2019 she was awarded the Graceland O’Donnell Baltimore City Service Award.
