Leading Change Workshop

Change and conflicts will always be part of what leaders navigate through and those leaders who engender even more trust in uncertain times cultivate healthy, results-driven culture.

According to a McKinsey & Company study, 70 percent of change programs fail to achieve their goals. Leaders need to build skills to effectively lead change efforts at a more rapid pace than ever before. And, organizations and teams are made up of individuals, each with very different wants, needs, and desires. Those differences can often create conflict. How leaders lead through change and conflict will essentially be strong indicators of competence and character.

This two-day workshop will help elevate forward visioning skills to anticipate and analyze potential challenges and strengthen levels of confidence to make calculated risks even in the face of resistance.
