Off-Campus Living

Our programs and services will prepare TU students for successful transition to living off-campus; and learn about being a good neighbor.

The Towson University off-campus housing website offers a secure and streamlined approach for Towson University students, faculty, and staff to search for a diverse selection of off-campus housing options.

Need Off-Campus Housing?

Towson University maintains listings of off-campus housing available to students, faculty and staff.

 You can:

  • Search off-campus housing listings
  • Securely create and view roommate profiles
  • Post and search sublets, furniture and other household items

Download the Tiger Living Guide (PDF) for information on what to know before signing a lease, questions to ask your landlord, how to select a roommate, county and city rental regulations, and more!

Hop on the Tiger Ride!

Towson University operates eight off-campus shuttles that go to and from campus and the surrounding community, including many of the nearby apartment complexes and communities our students live in.

For more information about transportation options for off-campus students, visit Parking and Transportation Services.

For the most up-to-date information, including route schedules, live map/shuttle tracking, and announcements, visit the TU Tiger Ride website, or download the TU Tiger Ride app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
