To request access, a valid information systems account is required. If you do not have an account, please follow the steps below to request one.
To register for an account, follow these steps:
Review University Guidelines for Responsible Computing. You and your supervisor should read and understand computer user responsibilities and the responsibilities when accessing and using the information systems of the university.
Determine which information system you will need to access. Discuss with your supervisor which access is needed for your particular job. Access to different information systems include:

Complete the online Account/Data Access Request form (PDF). The form may also be obtained on the TU Forms Repository. Consult with your supervisor if you need assistance filling out the form.
Print and sign the Request form. Your Department Head must also sign the form. For non-TU employees, the Department Head must be a full-time TU employee.
Fax the completed form to OTS at 410-704-4656. OTS will contact you when the account is ready.
