Utilization of existing payment solutions that comply with the payment card acceptance policy is required. All systems that are approved for card acceptance activity must be administered in accordance with the requirements of all applicable university policies.

TouchNet

TouchNet is a suite of e-commerce tools that provides campus departments and organizations the ability to create, manage, and operate online storefronts, compliant payment systems and payment gateways. With Marketplace, your campus department can accept online payments and view real-time reports.

How to Get Started

All transactions involving credit card information to, from, or on behalf of the university must be performed via processes approved by the Payment Card Committee (PCC). The PCC includes representatives from Financial Affairs, Financial Systems & Technology, University Accounting and OTS. The PCC's main function is to administer and oversee payment card use. Departments involved with the acceptance of and processing of credit cards for payment of goods and services must design adequate processes in compliance with the procedures detailed on this page.

You will start the discovery of business process by completing the Payment Card Discovery Application Form (PDF). Once you have submitted the form, you will be contacted with further instructions.
