Through a formal agreement between Towson University and St. Mary’s College of Maryland, eligible St. Mary’s undergraduates now have a direct admissions opportunity to transition into one of nine TU graduate programs. This exclusive graduate pathway program is designed to simplify admissions and support students from discovery to enrollment.

Student Eligibility

To qualify, St. Mary's students must:

  • be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program at St. Mary's College of Maryland
  • maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • complete all program prerequisites as listed on the TU graduate program webpage
  • complete an Acknowledgement Form indicating intent to matriculate into a Towson University graduate degree program
  • complete an informational interview with the TU graduate program director

Students should apply during their final year at St. Mary’s (typically the semester before graduation). Students should enroll at TU within one year of graduating from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.

Submit the Acknowledgement Form

Once accepted into the program, submit the Acknowledgement Form indicating your intent to enroll. The Acknowledgement Form will be provided upon admission into the program.

Note: In order to qualify, you must enroll in a participating Towson University Graduate Program within one year of graduating with your Bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
