NOTE:

  • The $200 Activity Fee includes student services, advising, and administration costs.  
  • Tuition and fees are due at registration. There will be a late charge of $75 if you do not pay by the add/drop date listed on the semester calendar. This charge will be added to your bill.
  • The Application Fee is a one-time, non-refundable expense.
  • Tuition rates are subject to change without notice. Tuition and activity fees are NOT REFUNDABLE after the first week of ELC classes and the add/drop date. 
  • Living expenses include costs of housing, food, health insurance and books. 

Fees for Part-time Mini Courses

  • Accent Modification (private sessions by appointment): $1200 + $25 application fee
  • English Conversation and Culture (weekday): $400 + $25 application fee
  • English Conversation and Culture (weekend): $400 + $25 application fee

NOTE: Non-refundable Application Fee = $25

Health Insurance

NOTE: Health insurance is required for all university students.

  • Towson University international students are automatically enrolled in AETNA insurance, TU's group health insurance plan, by the Towson University Health and Wellness Center..
  • These insurance rules comply with U.S. Immigration policy for international students.
