Many students are interested in working while on their student visas. However, there are several rules, regulations, and limitations regarding student employment. OPT Form I-765 Online Filing Option 4/12/2021

F-1 students seeking optional practical training (OPT) can now file Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, online. USCIS Notice

SEVP Portal Update: Update 10/18/2019

Students will now only have access to SEVP Portal information for 6 months after OPT/STEM OPT ends.  Be sure to print or save portal record before your access ends. SEVP Notice

USCIS Reopens Premium Processing: Update 6/14/2019
