Pre-Award Proposal Development & Submission

Towson University’s pre-award services team provides comprehensive support to those seeking funding for research and other sponsored projects. The team supports faculty and staff who are submitting proposals to both government and private sponsors.

Pre-Award Intake Process

The pre-award team assists principal investigators through:

  • core services that support project development and identification of funding opportunities
  • customized proposal and budget development services based on the investigator/project's unique needs
  • accurate and effective management of proposal submissions
  • negotiation and acceptance of award documents and other related research agreements

Submit the intake form to notify the OSPR Pre-Award team and initiate the proposal submission process.
