Junior/Senior Course Sequence
Once admitted to the nursing major's basic/pre-licensure option, students must complete their nursing courses in the following sequence. Each term is a foundation for the subsequent term.

This is a full-time program, and courses typically take place during weekday hours.

¹ Certain courses in the nursing major apply to requirements in the university's Core Curriculum. NURS 333 satisfies the Advanced Writing Seminar (Core 9) requirement. NURS 416 satisfies the Diversity & Difference (Core 13) requirement.
² NURS 435 requires a prerequisite of basic statistics or biostatistics. It is strongly recommended that this course be completed prior to entering the program because additional enrollment in the J1 term is not advised.
