The Market and Pay Study (MAPS) project was a campus-wide compensation study conducted in partnership with Segal Consultants. It concluded in 2021 and provided the foundation for TU’s current pay structures. Since then, TU has developed a Market Assessment and pay strategy based on the initial study conducted.
