Enforcement of resident lots is 24/7 while the university is in session.
Change in Student Status
Resident students who move off campus or no longer need their permit must exchange their resident permit for a core/overflow permit or cancel it for a prorated refund. Permit exchanges must be done online by filling out the Parking Permit Exchange/Cancellation Form. Refunds are not issued after the last business day of November for fall term permit. The last business day of March for annual and spring term permits permits a pro-rated refund.
