Student Technology Resources for Remote Learning

There are many services the Student Affairs IT Coordinator can provide to the division including:

  • purchasing and consultations
  • installations and support
  • videography services
  • live event streaming (advance notice required)
  • website support
  • serving as liaison with other campus departments

Events.Towson.Edu is the university's master events calendar, managed by Student Affairs in partnership with other campus divisions. Training resources are provided below.

Displaying Events on Departmental Website

If you are interested in having your department’s events added to a TU webpage as a “feed” from the master events calendar, please contact Greg Primrose,

He will work with you to establish a department category, and will make a Tech Help request to “turn on” the Events section on your webpage.

Information Technology Concerns

For IT concerns that impact the university as a whole, please contact the Office of Technology Services.

The Events section can display 1-4 events, see below. The link to “view full calendar” can link to the master calendar landing page, or to a page with just your events.  Note: You must add events into the master calendar before they can display on your webpage.

Below is an example of how an events feed will appear on your page.
