Women In Leadership, focuses on increasing the leadership capacity of women students and preparing them for success in the workplace. Presenters are alumnae, faculty, staff, and local businesswomen.
Permission to Pause recognizes the many reasons why women need to take a moment, step back, pause, and reflect. Embedded in this is the idea that women often need to give ourselves permission to be or do something. Sessions will empower women to find themselves, explore their ambitions, and set goals for success.
