Adding New Page Regions

Default Content for Newsroom w/Categories 

Newsroom w/Categories template pages come with default content and a default page set-up that includes the following: 

• an intro text region
• a default hero image (image must be either replaced or deleted)
• a main content region
• a right column region
• social media “share” and “follow” icons

Featured News Article template pages come with default content and a default page set-up that includes the following: 

• an intro text region
• a default hero image (image must be either replaced or deleted)
• a main content region
• a right column region
• a full-width region
• an additional left column region and a right column region
• social media “share” and “follow” icons

Adding New Regions

By accessing the page “Parameters” (located within “Properties”), you can reshape an article page to include up to six new page regions. Here's how you add an additional page region:

1. Click on “Properties” at the top of the page.
2. Click on “Parameters”
3. Scroll down the page to view the sections that allow you to add “Additional Rows.” Each “Additional Row” has three options:
   
   
   • Display: turns the Additional Row (page region) on or off by a checkbox.
   • Layout: a dropdown menu offers one of four display options.
   • Background color: a dropdown offers one of two color options

Layout Options

You have several layout options for each additional row.

Full-Width Region

The full-width region spans both the main content region and the right column region. Add this region to the top of the page and you have the option for a larger top image.

Two-Column Region

Two-column (70/30 ratio) region is the standard page ratio which includes both a main content region and a right-column or sidebar region. 

Timeline Region

An image slider for a “Timeline” adds a sequential carousel gallery to the region that can be used to display a timeline snippet.
