The AI Clinic

The AI Clinic is a student-powered, faculty-mentored engagement program that helps small businesses, community organizations and schools adopt AI safely and effectively. Clinic teams work with partners to understand their needs, prototype practical AI solutions, and build the partner's capacity to use them. Students get real project experience. Partners come away with working tools and a realistic sense of what AI can — and cannot — do for them.

Industry & Government Partnerships

TAI develops sponsored engagements with industry and government partners — from applied AI projects and prototyping to talent pipelines and workforce collaboration. Partnerships start with the partner's questions, not a menu of services. We take on work where TU has real strength — and say so when we don't. 

Maryland’s AI Ecosystem

TAI works with University System of Maryland institutions, state agencies, and regional partners on AI in education, research infrastructure, and workforce development, in support of Maryland's AI strategy.
