Online Forms

We offer several online forms.  Follow these instructions to access them.

1. Login to the Towson Online Services Student Dashboard.
2. Choose Financials from the Main Navigation menu.
3. Choose Financial Aid Forms.
4. Choose the 2024-2025 Aid Year.
5. Choose one of these forms:
   -Notice of Additional Resources (report expected other aid)
   -Release of Financial Information (authorize us to discuss your data with parents or others)
   

Our Housing Verification Form and Course Load Change form (for part-time students) should be available by Wednesday, May 1.  We will update this web page when they are available.
