Student Artists Request for Private Event

Please submit as much information as possible. Your inquiry will be shared with appropriate artists who will contact you directly to follow up if they are interested and available. All arrangements and payments are to be made directly between client and the artist(s). Rates will vary.

TU Student Artist Services does not assume any responsibility for independent artists accepting and working private events. While the expectation is artists will uphold the highest professional and performance standards, artists are independent contractors fully responsible for their own behaviors.

 











For safety during outdoor events, artists and equipment must be protected from elements including direct sunlight, excessive heat, inclement weather.






Remember to include costs for travel and use $40 - $100 per performer per hour for performance time as starting base to determine stipend.
