How to Use 25Live
Welcome to the 25Live scheduling system! The scheduling system is designed to help you determine available locations and to request use of those locations.
25Live is a campus-wide room requesting/scheduling solution. Requests to use classrooms, performance spaces, and meeting and event spaces are sent via workflow to location approvers for their review and approval. Including honest details allows the location approvers the opportunity to review your request to determine if the right room is selected for the right event. Adjustments may occur before any request is confirmed.
25Live is a web-based system and may be accessed via the internet using your TU username and password to sign in.
25Live Pro is a full-featured scheduling tool to assist with checking available locations and making requests.
