Online Option

Two tracks in the allied health program are offered entirely online — the only fully online programs available at Towson University.

If your work or personal schedule makes it difficult to travel to campus for classes, you can complete coursework for the Administration / Management and Advanced Respiratory tracks online. The foundation requirements are also offered online. View all in the Undergraduate Catalog.

Online courses at Towson University are offered through Blackboard, which students do not have to purchase.

TU strongly recommends a broadband connection (DSL, cable modem, etc.) to ensure a more successful online experience and robust learning environment. Your program coordinator can provide more specific technology requirements. Microsoft Office suite is recommended to facilitate most course-related work. Academic discounts for many common applications are available through the University Store.  For academically-priced discounts on the purchase of a new Dell or Apple computer, please visit the OTS Educational Discounts page.

Learn more about program policies and processes in the Allied Health Program Handbook (PDF).
