This interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary minor is a strong complement to majors in the liberal arts, social sciences, business and the arts. Women’s and Gender Studies minors must complement a minimum of 12 credits toward the minor, with at least 9 units at the upper level. Prepare for graduate work in a discipline that includes an emphasis on women or for careers that require knowledge of women’s issues.
