Students must have registered for classes and have their housing assignment (if applicable) before purchasing a parking permit.
Purchase your spring 2021 parking permit beginning on Saturday, January 16, 2021. Parking permits for the fall term may be purchased online through eParking using a credit/debit card, bursar account (for spring 2021 term permits only) or C.O.D.
If C.O.D. is chosen, the permit must be paid for in full within five business days at Auxiliary Services Business Office, located in the lower level of the University Union. Permits may also be purchased with cash, check or One Card Retail Points in person at the Auxiliary Services Business Office.
See Alternative Transportation for important information and discounts for fuel efficient vehicles.
Need to purchase a parking permit for the remainder of the fall 2020 term and/or for the upcoming spring 2021 term? Use the Bursar Transfer Option, and the cost of your permit will be added to your student Bursar account. The Bursar Transfer Option will be available between Jul. 27, 2020 through Feb. 12, 2021.
When purchasing your permit, just click on eParking and choose Bursar Account for your method of pay. For additional information, contact uPark@towson.edu.
For the 2020-2021 academic year, permits will be sold by the semester rather than
annually. Parking rates will continue at the 2019-2020 academic year rates, and the
semester rate will be half of the applicable annual rate.
In addition, student fall and spring commuter permits will be discounted an additional 50 percent, and resident fall and spring permits will be discounted an additional 20 percent. Student permit sales begin January 16 for spring 2021 term.
Daily permits will be available for commuter students in their designated parking areas beginning Aug. 24 through ParkMobile and at pay stations. Daily permits on the main campus for Core commuter areas will cost $6/day. Daily parking will be available in Overflow spaces in West Village garage and stadium lots for $3/day.

Students must have a full-time, 20-hour graduate assistantship or two 10-hour assistantships to apply for a faculty/staff permit. Upon verification of your graduate assistant status, you are eligible to purchase a faculty/staff permit at the lowest faculty/staff rate. Please see rates for Faculty/Staff parking permits sold on a prorated basis.
Those associated with some special programs are eligible to purchase overflow or evening permits only. Individuals should check with their specific program administrator to determine what type of permit they are eligible to purchase.
