Resident Assistants

Resident Assistants work to develop and maintain positive relationships with the residents on their floors. They assess the social and educational needs and interests of their residents and present quality programs that meet those needs. RA's promote and encourage an appreciation of diversity among residents on their floors and within the campus community. Also, they address all inappropriate behavior and are accessible and approachable; they project a demeanor that is kind, caring, and friendly.
