For the first time in five years, the TU Career Center is modestly raising prices
to cover expenses of our expanded benefits focused on your marketing, on-campus branding
and recruitment needs. There are many advantages to becoming an official partner,
including a dedicated representative assisting with your recruiting plan. Choose a package that works for you. Enjoy targeted
benefits of an expanded campus presence and direct connections to our talented students
and alumni!
EXECUTIVE PARTNERSHIP – Just Expanded!
New Tiered Pricing (all payable annually):
$6,000/year for a 3-year commitment; or,
$7,000/year for a 2-year commitment; or,
$8,000/year for a 1-year commitment.
This newly expanded Executive Partnership consists of all Black & Gold Partnership
benefits ($5,000) as well as these seven (7) strategic and customized services:
Exclusive Interactive Signage: University Union Executive Partner Wall – High traffic
area!
Executive Partners only have their logo featured on high visibility signage outside the Career Center’s office
in TU’s beautifully renovated University Union. This prominent high traffic location
sits at the campus tour starting point for visiting prospective students and their
families for optimum visual branding benefits! Sign is interactive—QR code takes viewers
to directly our Employer Partners webpage.
TU Career Center Thought Leader Advisory
Your selected representative will have a seat on the newTU Career Center Thought Leader Advisory requested by TU President, Dr. Kim Schatzel, meeting each semester. Advisors will
assist the Career Center in planning and innovating to ensure career-ready TU graduates
for your future workforces.
Strategic Planning Meeting – With Faculty
Meet with TU Career Center External Relations, the appropriate faculty representative
from your specific area of need, and your team to explore connection opportunities
and formalize a plan for recruitment and pipeline building in academic year 2023-24.
Academic/Classroom Engagement
Developed with faculty, Executive-level Partners will gain targeted exposure in the
TU classroom which could include guest speaking, delivering a mini-lecture, or participating
in a project relevant to your organization/industry.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Consultation
Review your current organizational Diversity, Equity & Inclusion goals/best practices
for alignment and facilitated connection to TU student organizations, outlets, offices,
programs or custom activity or outreach.
Testimonial Poster in Career Center’s Busy Student Resource Room
Executive Partners only will have a large, University Marketing-produced poster featuring the TU alumnus/a
or early career employee of your choice with their image and testimonial to their
career story at your organization prominently displayed in the Career Center’s busiest
student appointment meeting space. Poster remains on display for as long as you remain
a Career Center Partner.
One Executive Partner-exclusive Special Event or Engagement Opportunity
Executive Partners only have the option to host a special event or promotional activity, e.g., a specially
marketed info session or brand-building small event. Other creative ideas or student
organization/classroom engagement proposals are welcomed and can be fleshed out during
the strategic planning session at the start of the academic year 2023-24.
BLACK & GOLD PARTNERSHIP - $5,000
Recruiting:
(Assumes in-person events; virtual events will have similar benefits with continued
free registration)
Career Fairs – Free priority registration for one fall fair and one spring fair of your choice
and sponsor-level visibility and marketing benefits
Sponsorship of Signature Programs – Free priority registration as well as recognition and special placement/visibility
at any Career Center signature programs (Career Fairs, networking events, etc.)
Diversity Works – Free priority registration, signage, recognition at this fall semester event
On-Campus Recruiting Program (OCR) – Choose your signature day(s) around career fair dates
Information Session(s) – Choose priority dates that correspond with your recruiting cycle(s)
