Build your organization’s on-campus brand and TU student awareness in 2022-23 through the Career Center’s enhanced Partnership Program. There are many benefits to becoming an official partner, including a dedicated representative who helps manage your recruiting plan. Choose a package that works for you. Enjoy targeted benefits of an expanded campus presence and direct connections to our talented students and alumni!

Executive Partnership – $5,000

This newly enhanced Partnership level consists of all Black & Gold Partnership benefits ($3,500) as well as these seven strategic and customized services:

TU Career Center Thought Leader Advisory
Your selected representative will have a seat on the new TU Career Center Thought Leader Advisory, which meets twice per year (fall, spring). Advisors will assist the Career Center in planning and innovating to ensure career-ready TU graduates for your future workforces.

Strategic Planning Meeting – With Faculty
Meet with TU Career Center External Relations, the appropriate faculty representative from your specific area of need, and your team to explore connection opportunities and formalize a plan for 2022-23.

Academic/Classroom Engagement
Developed with faculty, Executive-level Partners will gain targeted exposure in the TU classroom which could include guest speaking, delivering a mini-lecture, or participating in a project relevant to your organization/industry.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Consultation
Review your current organizational Diversity, Equity & Inclusion goals/best practices for alignment and facilitated connection to TU student organizations, outlets, offices, programs or custom activity or outreach.

Logo featured in exclusive University Union signage in high traffic area
Executive Partners only will have their logo featured on prominently placed signage outside the Career Center’s office in TU’s beautifully renovated University Union. This busy high traffic area sits at the campus tour starting point for visiting prospective students and their families for optimum visual branding benefits!

Testimonial Poster in Career Center’s Busy Student Resource Room
Executive Partners only will have a large, University Marketing-produced poster featuring the TU alumnus/a or early career employee of your choice with their image and testimonial to their career story at your organization prominently displayed in the Career Center’s busiest student appointment meeting space. Poster remains on display for as long as you remain a Career Center Partner.

One Executive Partner-exclusive Special Event or Engagement Opportunity
Executive Partners only have the option to host a special event or promotional activity, e.g., a specially marketed info session or brand-building small event. Other creative ideas or classroom engagement proposals are welcomed and can be fleshed out during the strategic planning session at the start of the academic year 2022-23.

Black & Gold Partnership – $3,500

Recruiting:

(Assumes in-person events; virtual events will have similar benefits with continued free registration)

  • Career Fairs – Free priority registration for one fall fair and one spring fair of your choice and sponsor-level visibility and marketing benefits
  • Sponsorship of Signature Programs – Automatic sponsorship, recognition and special placement/visibility at any Career Center signature programs
  • Diversity Works – Free priority registration, signage and recognition at this fall semester event
  • On-Campus Recruiting Program (OCR) – Choose your signature day(s) around career fair dates
  • Information Session(s) – Choose priority dates that fit your recruiting cycle(s)
  • Unlimited Job Postings on Handshake
  • Free Reserved Parking for all campus events and visits

Campus Connections:

  • Connections to TU student organizations in disciplines that relate to your industry
  • Employer Mock Interview Program invitation (held each semester)
  • Invitations to special university events

Marketing:

  • Employee Testimonial Poster displayed in Career Center suite. TU University Marketing will produce this poster to feature your employee’s image, testimonial and company logo. Poster remains on display for as long as your organization remains a Partner
  • Company logo displayed on Career Center “Partnership Wall”
  • Company listing & features on the Career Center’s website
  • Social Media – Your organization highlighted twice per semester through Career Center social media outlets
  • Student Newsletter – Employer Partner logos featured in monthly newsletters to all TU students and weekly newsletters to all Career Community students. Your events also highlighted with Partner label, graphics, and/or premium positioning.
  • One targeted email to students matching your criteria per academic year

Towson Tigers Priority Partnership – $2,500

Recruiting:

(Assumes in-person events; virtual events will have similar benefits with continued free registration)

  • Career Fair – Free priority registration for one TU career fair of your choice and sponsor-level visibility and marketing benefits
  • Sponsorship of Signature Programs – Automatic sponsorship as well as recognition and special placement/visibility at any Career Center signature programs
  • Diversity Works – Free priority registration, signage and recognition at this fall semester event
  • On-Campus Recruiting Program (OCR) – Choice of priority date(s)
    Information Session(s) – Choose dates that correspond with your recruiting efforts
  • Unlimited Job Postings on Handshake
  • Free Reserved Parking for all campus visits
