Our curriculum has been recognized by SHRM for meeting its academic standards, ensuring you'll graduate with the knowledge and competancies employers expect from today's HR professionals.

During your final year, you'll also have the opportunity to apply to take the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) if you meet the eligibility requirements. Earning the SHRM-CP credential can help you stand out to employers and demonstrate you're prepared to begin your career.

Admission Requirements

Business administration is a screened major. Students are admitted to the business administration major (BUAD) only after successfully completing a set of required courses with a C or higher in each of those courses and an overall TU GPA of 2.0 or higher. See all admission requirements.
