Obtaining Access to the Software

If you are eligible, please contact the CBE Technology Coordinator, Jeremy Farkas at  to have an account set up for you.

If you do not have a high-speed Internet connection or do not have experience downloading and installing software, you should consider ordering the CD software through Microsoft Imagine. Microsoft Imagine provides an option to purchase a CD version of the software at a minimal cost, approximately $5 to $20 depending on the product.

If you have additional requirements, it is recommended that you purchase the products at the standard academic discount from the University Store.

Unsupported Software

CBE offers these packages as "unsupported" software. We do not provide any download or installation trouble-shooting support, or additional activation codes due to download problems or corrupted CD images. Microsoft Imagine provides links to an online automated support.
