The College of Health Professions offers doctoral, master’s and graduate certificate programs in a wide variety of health professions. Our faculty and staff are committed to the key values of lifelong learning, excellence, ethical and moral conduct, collaboration, and respect for all.
Graduates are expected to exhibit the highest ethical principles and professional behaviors in the application of knowledge and critical thinking and are proficient in the use of skills, effective communication, technology and evidence-based practice.
Internships, clinical experiences, and/or independent studies provide opportunities to supplement and enhance each student’s academic course work. Students have ready access to an outstanding array of opportunities in the many health care, educational, community and professional organizations in the greater Baltimore region.
Graduate programs in the College are accredited by appropriate professional and educational agencies, thus enabling graduates to sit for professional licensure or certification exam as required by one's profession.
The College of Health Professions recognizes that specializing in specific areas of professional interest or health care may not require a full degree program. In such areas a post-baccalaureate or graduate level certificate may be pursued. The majority of these programs have convenient and flexible online course completion opportunities.
