Retreat for Environmental Action (REA)

Towson University Field Station/Camp Running Bear; Monkton, MD

Students attending the fourth annual Retreat will have the opportunity to:

• Deepen their understanding of ecology, environmental justice, and sustainability
• Connect with students & faculty who share their passion for the environment
• Develop action plans to tackle environmental issues, and execute those plans throughout the academic year 
• Enjoy the woods, wetlands, and cabins at the TU Field Station 

REA is free to attend for all students selected, which includes round-trip transportation, meals, lodging, and materials (a fee may be charged for last-minute cancellations).
