Blackboard is TU's method of delivering Fully Online, Hybrid and Web Supported Classes. Instructors can use a few or as many of the tools available within the Blackboard environment as needed.
Blackboard 24/7 service ends on June 30, 2018. TU Blackboard Support returns to campus on July 1, 2018.
This Blackboard support service offers technical support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - including holidays.
Faculty can schedule an appointment with a Blackboard support representative for questions or technical issues with their course. The agent will call back at the number provided.

Effective June 30, 2018, Towson University ends its contract with the remote service, Blackboard 24/7 support. In response to faculty requests and on-going research, all Blackboard support for faculty and students will be provided by the newly expanded on-campus TU Blackboard team.
Support options will include new phone hours, TechHelp services requests, workshops, self-help documentation, and scheduled support. The new options, and how to access them, will appear on this page by July 1.
