Event Requests

COFAC Events and Operations is proud to offer our facilities for activities in accordance with university and college policies. To this end, some facilities are held in reserve at various times of the year for the exclusive academic use or priority use for the campus community.

Event Request Status

Event requests are not available at this time.

The request process can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks or months depending on the specifics of the proposed event. Additional information is available on the general information page. A submitted request is not a confirmed reservation.

Event Request Process

Space requests from TU departments must be entered through TU's online reservation request system, 25Live. A submitted request is not a confirmed reservation.

Space requests from recognized TU student organizations can be entered through TU's online reservation request system, 25Live.

Requests from individual students should complete a COFAC Event Request form.

Complete the request form to request a space or cost estimate. Requests must be made no less than 2 weeks prior to event date, no exceptions. All non-TU groups licensed to use space on campus are required to carry liability insurance.
