TIGER L.E.A.P. connects undergraduate students with alumni, parents, and employers for one day job shadowing opportunities to explore a potential career field by experiencing a “day in the life” of an industry professional.

Job Shadowing opportunities will take place between December 17, 2019 through January 24, 2020 and will feature organizations in multiple industries within the Mid-Atlantic region.

To apply and participate in Tiger L.E.A.P, you must attend a 30-minute mandatory orientation session between November 4 through November 8 that will cover the application process, how you will be matched with a host, best practices when you are shadowing a host, and how to follow up after the job shadowing experience.
