Baltimore Hebrew Institute (BHI) supports the graduate programs in Judaic studies which include post-baccalaureate certificates, dual degrees and masters options. In addition, BHI offers adult education opportunities on and off campus.
Graduate programs in Judaic Studies are more than a look at the past. They’re a move toward the future with 100% job placement rates upon graduation. Our program directors' connections to the local and national Jewish communities provide students with unique opportunities for internships and work experience. Our programs get you noticed for your passion, knowledge, understanding and skills.
Inspired by the Jewish value of study for its own sake (Torah l’shma), the Baltimore Hebrew Institute hosts an array of Judaic studies programs, including continuing education classes, Hebrew language courses, scholarly lectures, and symposia in order to encourage literacy, dialogue and understanding for and among people of all traditions. BHI also serves as a bridge between Towson University and the broader community interested in higher Jewish education.
Students enrolled in TU’s graduate Judaic Studies and Jewish Professional programs have access to an array of financial assistance. Find out more about scholarship opportunities.
