Have access to a pool? Swim training is an excellent way to improve fitness and health.

Openfit Digital Streaming Platform (free 90-day access)

Given the COVID-19 situation and resulting lack of access to campus recreation facilities, Openfit is granting any individual with a ".edu" email address 90 days of free access to Openfit. Openfit is a digital streaming platform with hundreds of on-demand and live workouts as well as nutrition planning and tracking, all designed to help you stay fit and healthy from home. 

American Council on Exercise (ACE) Exercise Library 

The free ACE Fit Exercise Library offers a variety of total-body movements that target specific areas of the body. Each comes with a detailed description to help ensure proper form. 

NIRSA Recreation Movement

The 2020 NIRSA Recreation Movement is about staying active together, even when we’re apart! This movement aims to help build momentum and amplify messaging around well-being and fitness as we maintain physical distancing. 

Students, faculty, staff and alumni with a ".edu" email address are eligible to create an account. Once registered, participants can instantly access live and prerecorded online workout classes from more than 60 colleges and universities across the country. After participating in a class or working out on their own, participants can log their total number of active minutes and watch as TU's total minutes stack up against other participating schools.

Foam Rolling 

Foam rolling has a variety of benefits when done on a regular basis. The greatest benefit is increased range of motion and flexibility. If you want to feel the benefits yourself, try this foam rolling program created by our department's athletic trainer.

Esports Tournament: Rocket League

All platforms and skill levels are welcome to participate in the Intramural Sports Esports Rocket League tournament!

Registration is now open! Create or join a team by Friday, July 17. The tournament begins on Sunday, July 19. An Intramural Sports Pass is not required for participation.
