
During the 2022-2023 academic year Scarborough Hall will be utilized as an isolation building for on campus residents that are COVID positive and are unable to go home to isolate.

Scarborough Hall will be open for use in 2023-2024.
These buildings are composed of double and three person rooms. Rooms are located along a central corridor and share community bathrooms. Prettyman and Scarborough Halls house approximately 160 students, and are for incoming first-year students and under-class students who are eligible to live on-campus. Renovations were completed during summer 2019 and included installation of A/C throughout the buildings and updates to the bathrooms.
Prettyman and Scarborough Halls are staffed by a residence life coordinator and resident assistants. These buildings are secured twenty-four hours a day with a card access system used by students to gain entry to the buildings and elevators, as well as a front desks that are staffed 24/7 with either student workers or security guards.
