Towson Run Apartments

This complex offers 9 month housing and consists of one bedroom, two bedroom and four bedroom apartments. Each bedroom houses two students with a total building capacity of 414 students. Towson Run Apartments is for upper-class and transfer students who are eligible to live on-campus. First-time freshmen are not eligible to live in Towson Run.

Each apartment includes the following:

• Wall-to-wall carpet, curtains and AC/heating unit in each room.
• Bedrooms are furnished with a twin extra-long bed, closet, dresser, desk and desk chair for each student.
• Large combination living-room/dining-room is furnished with sofa, chairs, coffee/end tables, entertainment center and dinette table and chairs.
• Fully equipped kitchen which includes 4-burner stove with 2 shelved oven, refrigerator and microwave. Plan to bring pots/pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, small appliances, and other necessities.
• Utilities included in the room rate are cable, internet, and electric heat/AC.

Apartment breakdown:

• 1-bedroom – 2 people, 1 full bathroom
• 2-bedroom – 4 people, 2 full bathrooms
• 4-bedroom – 8 people, 2 full and one ½ bathrooms

Building amenities include:

• A large laundry room
• Mailboxes for each apartment in the lobby; students are able to pick up their packages from the Community Center desk located in the lobby).

Towson Run is staffed by a residence life coordinator and  resident assistants. This building is secured twenty-four hours a day with a card access system used by students to gain entry to the building and elevators, as well as a front desk that is staffed 24/7 with either student workers or security guards.
