Towson University invites junior and senior high school students to apply for the College of Education's four-day, on-campus academic session to experience TU resources and learn about careers in teaching.
The 2020 TU Teacher Scholars Summer Institute will be postponed due to COVID-19.
Students that sign up now will be invited to our university’s Open House on November 7, which will be followed by an interactive activity related to the College of Education exclusively for this group. They will also be included in next summer’s institute, which will run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday, July 12 to Thursday, July 15, 2021. The final day of the program includes an evening showcase of student work. Students and families will also discuss planning and budgeting for college and career opportunities. All activities take place on Towson University's campus.
