About the Program:
The Autism Studies Post-Baccalaureate Certificate provides you with the knowledge
and skill set required to work with both children and adults across the autism spectrum.
Learn about the typical traits of individuals on the spectrum, their gifts and challenges,
co-occurring conditions, epidemiology, evidence-based interventions, classroom and
workplace strategies, family impact, and research and key policy issues.

The Foundations of Special Education Post-Baccalaureate Certificate offers graduate
level coursework to current teachers to support the diverse needs of students in today’s
classrooms.

The Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) is designed for individuals with a bachelor’s
degree in a field other than education, who have no formal teacher training and wish
to enter the teaching profession. It is well suited to recent graduates and to those
