OTS Student Computing Services (SCS) has multiple locations to support students needing technology resources and assistance.

Tech Services Desk
Walk-up, chat, email, text and phone support. Located in the Academic Commons on the main floor of Cook Library.
Monday-Thursday: 8 a.m.-10 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
Saturday: closed
Sunday: noon-6 p.m.

March 18-21 (Spring Break): 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

May 21 (Last day of classes): 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Student Multimedia Services Studios and Computer Lab
Full-service location and Multimedia Lab located in Cook Library, Room 35.
Monday-Thursday: 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Friday: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: closed
