The digital signs throughout the University Union are used to advertise upcoming events, current university promotions, and safety tips to the campus community. It is a great and easy way to promote your event.
Digital Signs
Here’s how:
First, contact Design + Graphic Services to have your event image professionally designed and created. Once completed, Event and Conference Services will upload it to the digital displays.
For students who are involved with a University Recognized Organization (URO) that
has a digital display template currently on file, please submit your event information
directly to Event and Conference Services using the link below.
Images will be displayed up to two weeks in advance of the event.

- Digital Display Template (for use by student organizations or UROs)
